Our live‑fire catering is built around proper barbecue equipment designed for flavour, consistency and high‑volume service.

We cook over traditional oil‑drum jerk pan BBQs, ideal for fast, flavour‑driven cooking with real fire and smoke. These are perfect for jerk‑style cooking, grilling and live‑fire service, allowing us to deliver bold flavours with efficient turnaround — ideal for events, festivals and busy service windows.

Alongside this, we operate a custom‑built Texas‑style offset reverse‑flow smoker, designed for low‑and‑slow cooking. This smoker allows heat and smoke to circulate evenly, producing tender, deeply flavoured meats with consistent results across long cooks. It’s ideal for brisket, pork, beef, lamb and chicken, and brings an authentic barbecue approach to larger events and catered services.

Together, these setups give us the flexibility to offer everything from live‑fire street food and spit‑style roasts to slow‑smoked barbecue at scale, while maintaining quality, timing and control.
